Both Craig and I wanted to thank you an the team for a wonderful meal on Saturday night - to yourself, Marc and Daniel for your flexibility and understanding in both the initial quotation and decision process to the delivery and pick up of items before and after the function at a time that suited our schedule. To Patrick for a wonderful meal, for making himself comfortable in our kitchen and for his flexibility also with the timing on the evening – everyone was fully satisfied, they keep complementing the dishes and asking who our caterers were!

We had a huge function ahead of us!! 800 consultants attending and VIPs. From the moment I spoke to Jean-Paul I had the confidence that Jean-Paul and his team were the kind of caterer’s that we needed. They had everything under control within the first meeting that we had.

On the day there was so much for myself to be concerned about being the events assistant, which gave me no time to overlook the catering. This did not matter as everything was handled professionally and efficiently by Jean-Paul and his team.  Out of 800+, there was not one complaint. They even cleaned up after all the rubbish at the end of the day.

The next time that we have a large event which won’t be in the to distant future, we know who our caterers will be, without a doubt, The Roo Brothers."
