Arrival canapés dukkah crusted haloumi with balsamic reduction  coriander macadamia crusted chicken with a lime and sea salt  cocktail beef & port pies   black & white sesame crusted tuna with lemon ponzu sit down menu  Main course 50/50 alternate  beef fillet served with a potato stack and shallots, drizzled with a shiraz jus  wild barramundi encrusted with lemongrass and twin sesame seed, served on bed of green tea noodles and a chilli vinaigrette  Dessert Meddle of Crème brulee and Sorbets  Wedding cake Served on platters to the tables, cut canapé style
