be no different. James McSkimming,, our executive
chef ,has produced our seasonal menus to reflect a
fusion of influences. James's philosophy is simple
" let the produce be the feature, not the sauces or
the garnishes."
A
combination of
canapés
and standing buffets were
a popular option for last year. This style of food
service eliminates those long, long queues while
providing a great variety of different treats from
the different buffets. Each buffet stations can be
themed to suit the event.
Location, location, location.
There
are no limits to the locations. Being a Gold Licence
Caterer this allows The Roo Brothers to be able to
offer you catering services in a number of venues
and locations including parks, islands, reserves,
and many other unusual venues and locations.
So if you are planning a party or a wedding, but
don't know where to hold it, we can recommend
several unique
venues
which
have superb banqueting suites. If you have your
heart set on a marquee, but don't have grounds big
enough to erect one, we can suggest a number of
idyllic settings, and even arrange the marquee for
you. |
