Jenny and Dale's Wedding

Venue: Vaucluse Amature Sailing Club

Guests: 100 adults 10 kids

The Brief: An  elegant casual wedding on the waters edge with city views

The food was to reflect the sea-side venue with many items  to be cooked on the open BBQ so the guests could  see and smell.

The seating needed to be casual stylish and comfortable. With great lighting to create the atmosphere

Six choice Plus 3 canapé menu

zucchini, corn, and haloumi fritters With a roasted capsicum relish

 three mushroom & cheddar tart shitake, field & enoki

 coriander macadamia crusted chicken lime and sea salt 

nori wrapped duck & preserved ginger pancake with a spicy plum sauce 

Prawn skewer, saffron pepper and teriyaki mirin glaze Topped with crisp leek       

pink salt & pink pepper crisp calamari with lime aioli

 fork foods 

lemongrass marinated king fish with a green papaya salad, dark soy & turmeric oil

 butternut pumpkin ravioli with broccolini, toasted almonds & beurre blanc 

rosemary & garlic lamb cutlets on a bed of Moroccan cous cous

 dessert canapés
