At The Roo Brothers Catering we offer wide range of tasty beverage packages including creative cocktails, mocktails, champagne, spirits, wine, beer, juices, smoothies and soft drinks. All our wines are not just your standard function wines as we are constantly sourcing quality boutique wines from small independent wineries to pair with our unique catering menus

To aid in ensuring your upcoming event is unique to you we often recommend an arrival cocktail to suit, such as the classic Pimms and lemonade ( eveyone loves a Pimms) for a summer time event or our signature cocktail, watermelon cosmopolitan. A cocktail or two can give your event one of many points of difference.

As with all our beverage and cocktail packages we take the stress away as it includes all the required glassware, chilling, cocktail equipment, bar and, of course, the rubbish removal and recycling.

We offer a variety of beverage packages from 2 to 6 hours. We can also arrange a consumption package, where you are only charged for what have been consumed at your catered event

Please note, at any event where alcohol is served it must be booked no closer than 14 days prior to the event so the relevant authorities can be notified and all beverages sold are bound by our Resposible Service of Alcohol policy. Remember, please drink responsibly!
